Fraudsters are becoming more and more creative, frequently impersonating brands and their representatives.
We created this Notification Center to keep you informed about the latest scam attempts and how to identify possible fraud. Any time you receive a suspicious communication that claims to be from us, we urge you to visit this site to check the email address against our own list of official domains.

Many phone scams now use spoofing, or calling from numbers that appear to be from us in the caller ID, but are not. If you receive a call, even if it appears to be from us, hang up immediately and call us back at

If anyone contacts you claiming to be a representative of Vida Vacations or Vidanta for the purpose of repurchasing or renting your weeks, it is a scam. This includes anyone calling from a phone number that appears to be from Vida Vacations or any affiliated brands.
It is very important to keep in mind that if you receive a request to make payments to an account other than the one established in your contract, it is an act of fraud. It is advisable to always be attentive to the terms and conditions previously agreed upon, to avoid being deceived.

To further protect your account, we’ve made a significant investment in data security and a state-of-the-art Voice Authentication System, which is what major banks and credit card companies now use. We now require that all members register their “voiceprint.” The system will use your voice’s unique identifying characteristics to confirm your identity.
